Role Overview

TAS is seeking a Business Analyst to lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability for a high-visibility CRM and case-management modernization initiative supporting a Texas state agency.

This role is focused exclusively on business analysis, requirements definition, documentation, and traceability in support of a configuration-first CRM implementation.
