About The Role
The D365 Business Systems Analyst at Frette is a key member of the IT and business operations team, responsible for supporting the implementation, training, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across various business units. This role involves analyzing business processes, developing reports, and ensuring seamless functionality of the D365 ecosystem, which includes modules such as Finance & Operations, Retail, and Customer Service. The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, translating business needs into technical solutions, and promoting the effective use of business applications. The position offers the flexibility of remote work following an initial two-week in-person training at our New York City office, providing a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a global reach.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, particularly in Supply Chain, Finance & Operations, and Retail modules
