Brand Strategy Manager

Charged with crafting the brand's foundational narrative and driving innovation across our marketing ecosystem, this leader will help define what our brands stand for today—and what they will mean to future generations. From steering our annual marketing planning to pioneering the use of emerging technologies like AI, this role is central to inspiring consumers, energizing teams, and propelling our brands forward.
This newly created position will lead a small team of marketers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to ensure brand strategy is clearly articulated, consistently applied, and future-forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building, innovation, and storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and stewardship of foundational brand documents, including brand architecture, positioning, guidelines, and voice.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the CCO’s Chief of Staff in all cross-brand matters
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends, technologies (including AI), and consumer behaviors to inform brand strategy and creative innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to translate market research into actionable insights to feed into our creative briefs.
- Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, including Ad Managers, Research & Insights, and Media & Performance teams, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and initiatives.
