📌ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Creative Strategist
to lead the
messaging, content direction, and creative strategy
for
Wellagainremedy
.

This role is responsible for developing
clear content angles, structured weekly content plans, persuasive scripts, and strategic creative direction
that help the brand grow in
authority, trust, engagement, and sales
.

This is
not
a basic social media posting role and it is
not
a community management role.

Your job is to
think strategically, guide the content direction, and ensure that every piece of content is built around the right audience pain point, the right hook, the right message, and the right business goal
.

You will work closely with the
CEO, brand presenter/content creator, graphic designer, and media buyer
to ensure content is not random, but intentional, well-structured, and conversion-aware.

📌Role Responsibilities

- Develop
structured weekly and monthly content plans
aligned with brand goals.
- Design and maintain
clear content pillars and messaging themes

- Research and generate
high-performing content angles
based on audience pain points and desires.
- Write
engaging short-form video scripts
with strong hooks, clear messaging, and compelling CTAs.
- Guide the
creative direction of content

- Provide clear
creative briefs to the graphic designer and brand presenter
