The organization reaches more than 150 million users globally with independent ratings and reviews, works with over 100,000 schools on digital citizenship, and advocates for policies that protect children online, with a growing focus on AI safety.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative development, and paid media, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing. The Brand Campaign Manager will own the execution of brand-oriented campaigns across digital, social, and broadcast channels, from strategy and creative ideation through production and performance analysis. A key focus is translating complex AI safety research and advocacy, such as chatbot risk assessments, AI toy guidance, and mental health evaluations, into compelling campaigns that resonate with parents, educators, kids, and policymakers.

A strong fit for a hands-on campaign builder with a background in paid advertising, sharp creative instincts, and experience turning complex, mission-driven subject matter into clear, urgent messaging across diverse audiences.

What the Role Covers

  • Developing comprehensive campaign strategies that align creative concepts with organizational goals and audience insights
  • Leading creative ideation and concept development for major campaigns, initiatives, and brand moments
  • Creating campaign briefs and guiding creative teams (designers, video producers) to execute across channels
