Position Overview

The Billing Operations Manager owns the day-to-day execution and ongoing improvement of Crunchafi's billing function. You'll lead invoicing, billing reconciliations, and revenue-impacting operational workflows across our product lines, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability as the business grows.
