What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support analytical workstreams across various data and analytics initiatives
• Turn business questions into clear data requirements, KPI definitions, and reporting logic
• Document business rules, metric definitions, and assumptions behind analytics
• Partner with Product, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to execute projects
• Maintain competitive and market benchmarking materials, ensuring relevance to planning

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, strategy, or similar roles
• Strong automotive industry knowledge, including OEM and dealer dynamics
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience with automotive data sources (DMS, CRM, OEM reporting)
• Background in retail technology, SaaS, or mobility-adjacent industries
