Job Summary
The Assistant Operations Manager plays a critical role in both customer experience and day-to-day business operations. This position is responsible for selling mobile grooming services, managing schedules and routes, supporting groomers and dispatchers, and ensuring operational readiness across vans, inventory, and facilities.

You will coordinate appointments, optimize routes, manage supplies, and maintain smooth daily operations while helping improve systems as the business grows.
