About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support delivery across a range of AI data collection programs. This is an ideal role for someone stepping into project management for the first time and looking to build strong experience in a fast-moving, operations-heavy environment.
This role will support project and program leaders across multiple active workstreams, including Voice AI studio projects as well as Physical AI, Computer Vision, image, egocentric, and video data collection programs. The Assistant Project Manager will help drive day-to-day coordination, tracking, communication, and operational follow-through, while learning the fundamentals of project delivery in complex collection environments.
