We are seeking an
ASSISTANT COST PROJECT MANAGER
for a full-time position located in Dallas, Texas.


About The Role
This position plays a key role in supporting project delivery with a strong emphasis on
cost control, financial tracking, and budget management
. The ACPM will collaborate closely with Project Managers, field staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Financial Oversight

• Assist with developing, monitoring, and maintaining project budgets and forecasts.
• Track and analyze project costs, prepare monthly cost reports, and identify potential budget risks or savings.
• Support the management of change orders by reviewing estimates, negotiating subcontractor pricing, and validating cost impacts.
• Review and process subcontractor invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with budget.
• Provide financial updates to project leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, procurement logs, and submittals.
