What you’ll do:
Responsible for supporting enterprise initiatives sponsored by the Executive Committee by translating strategic objectives into actionable, data-informed solutions. Acting as an internal consultant, this role partners with business leaders, project managers, analytics, and IT teams to design, document, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive long-term business value. Responsibilities are not focused on routine report production. Instead, emphasizes strategic problem-solving, requirements gathering, and data governance. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $120,000.00.
What you’ll need:
Strategic Initiative Execution & Problem Solving
- Team member responsible for execution of high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Translate executive priorities into clear problem statements, business requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Use structured problem-solving to resolve business challenges, evaluate options, and deliver data-informed recommendations.
- Identify and address gaps between current business operations and executive goals.
- Collaborate with business, IT, analytics, vendors, and other delivery partners.
- Partner with Project Managers, IT and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and align work to technology roadmaps.
- Lead requirements gathering by engaging business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Own and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and solution designs.
