As the Business Operations, Reporting and Insights analyst you will translate data into clarity for leadership. You will create executive reporting, generating relevant insights, and improve the processes that underpin operational decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop and deliver executive-level reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that provides a clear, consolidated view of our performance
• You will summarize data across operations, finance, and program delivery into decision-ready insights, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended actions
• You will design and evolve dashboards, Goals, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision velocity
• You will automate and scale reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
• You will ensure alignment on metrics, data integrity, and performance narratives
