We do not sell slide decks. We design and ship real working systems: AI agents, automated workflows and digital employees that sit inside sales, support and operations and directly improve revenue per employee and EBITDA.

What you will do
1. Design and build AI agents and workflows
- Turn business processes into agentic workflows.
- Design how AI employee should behave, what data it uses, where it hands off to humans.
- Build and tune LLM based agents for specific roles: SDR, support, ops, analytics and more.
2. Integrate AI with client systems
- Connect agents to CRM, helpdesk, ticket systems, Notion, Google Sheets and other tools via API.
- Use Python or Node.js plus tools like n8n / Make / Zapier to orchestrate flows.
- Build simple internal dashboards and panels so clients can see and control what agents do.
3. Iterate fast on pilots
- Work closely with founder on discovery calls and solution design.
- Ship working MVP in weeks, not months.
- Measure and improve: time saved, error reduction, process speed, revenue impact.
4. Build internal library
- Document reusable blocks: prompts, flows, integration snippets, evaluation tests.
