• As a Software Engineer, you’ll architect and build agentic workflows that redefine how professional services firms operate
• Using cutting-edge protocols like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) collaboration, you’ll design AI systems that don’t just assist—they act, orchestrating workflows across tools, data, and teams
• You’ll collaborate with a world-class engineering team to push beyond traditional SaaS, embedding autonomy, reasoning, and intelligence into the very fabric of BigTime’s platform
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services
• Architect MCP-based frameworks that enable LLMs to connect seamlessly with BigTime and third-party ecosystems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, Jira, Hubspot, Intacct, and beyond)
• Design and implement agentic control planes for governance, security, and auditability—ensuring safe, explainable autonomy
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using A2A patterns, allowing agents to plan, delegate, and adapt across dynamic environments
• Benchmark agent performance with emerging standards (e.g., LiveMCP-101) to validate orchestration and execution
• Enhance resilience and scalability by building fault-tolerant, observable, and distributed AI-driven services
