The Role
- Implement artificial intelligence and automation capabilities within IT operations
- Improve monitoring, incident response, predictive analytics, and system reliability
- Deploy AI-driven monitoring and operational intelligence solutions
- Develop automation for incident detection, response, and remediation
- Analyze operational data to identify patterns and predict failures
- Improve system availability and performance through AI insights
What You'll Need
- Active Secret clearance and ability to attain DEA suitability
- 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and cloud environments
- Proficiency with AIOps platforms and strong understanding of machine learning concepts
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and advanced Python scripting skills
