We're hiring our first dedicated AI engineer.

Alltech National Title is a multi-market title and escrow company ($15M annual revenue) operating across DMV (DC/MD/VA), Chicago, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Over the past 18 months, we've built one of the most Claude-native operations stacks in the title industry. Our internal agent (Hermes) runs 24/7 in production on Claude Code agents. We use MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool integration. We've built deep automation across GoHighLevel, SendGrid, and Apollo.io.

Now we're productizing TitleGPT.ai as a multi-tenant lead-generation SaaS for title agencies — packaging our outbound stack (agents, AI reply handling, qualification flows, meeting booking) and offering it to peer title companies. Important: TitleGPT.ai does not touch title agency transaction data or homebuyer/seller PII. It is a lead-gen engine, not a transaction system, which keeps the compliance surface tight.

This is a two-phase role.

PHASE 1 — INTERNAL STABILIZATION (FIRST 90 DAYS)

• Get REPLY\_MONITOR back into production with monitoring and alerting

• Migrate Mission Control from local markdown files to Notion with bidirectional GoHighLevel and SendGrid webhooks

• Stand up proper observability across Hermes, Claude Code agents, and Manus — logging, retries, failure alerts

• Productionize and instrument the daily LinkedIn comment workflow and outbound campaign reporting

• Document the stack so it's no longer a single-person dependency

PHASE 2 — TITLEGPT.AI SAAS BUILDOUT (MONTHS 4–9)

• Architect the multi-tenant version of the Hermes-style outbound and agent stack for use by peer title agencies

• Build customer onboarding, auth, and tenant isolation — each agency's contacts, campaigns, email sending reputation, and AI workflows kept fully separate

• Design the out-of-the-box agentic workflow library (multi-channel outbound, AI reply handling, qualification flows...
