Role Description
As an AI Agent Engineer Intern at Influcio, you will contribute to the design, development, and refinement of AI agents that power automated marketing workflows. In this full-time, remote role, you will assist in building and testing prompts, tools, and pipelines that enable agents to generate, analyze, and optimize marketing content. You will help integrate APIs, monitor agent performance, debug issues, and document technical workflows for the engineering team. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data practitioners, and product teammates to translate marketing use cases into robust and scalable AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical foundations: Strong programming skills in at least one language commonly used in AI or backend development (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), familiarity with APIs, and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• AI and machine learning: Exposure to large language models, NLP, or ML concepts (coursework, projects, or self-study), with interest in building prompt-based and tool-using AI agents.
• Software engineering practices: Experience with Git or other version control tools, debugging and testing workflows, and writing clear, maintainable code.
