## Your role in our mission

Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to support Pharmacy product initiatives and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Ensure business priorities, technical debt, and customer needs are effectively planned and incorporated into decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the Pharmacy product.
  • Coordinate with module teams to identify and manage dependencies, track timelines, and ensure smooth execution of planned initiatives.
  • Work with business partners and internal teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve challenges impacting product delivery.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing high‑value features in partnership with the Product Owner.
  • Work with architects, technical leads, and scrum teams to drive estimation, solution design, defect resolution, and release planning for client‑focused features and high‑quality software deployments.
