What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities and execute core accounting processes
• Drive efficiencies and automation across key accounting cycles such as payroll and procure-to-pay
• Oversee and process vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide documentation for audit testing
• Manage vendor onboarding processes and ensure compliance with internal policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
• One to three years of general accounting or accounts payable experience
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information
• Excellent organizational skills to monitor a wide range of accounting activities
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in various situations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Big 4 accounting firms or a CPA designation
• Master's degree in accountancy
• Experience in a fast-growth startup or public company setting
