Founded in 1998, Impro is a leading global manufacturer of customized OEM castings and machined components serving industry leaders in diverse industries. Most of the customers are Fortune 500 or public companies in the US and Europe. Impro has been experiencing phenomenal growth, the Company is seeking an Accountant to join our LA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP;
• Responsible for AR booking include oversee invoice generation, reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies and tracking collections for overdue balances;
• Maintain documentation for AR and assisting month-end and year-end audits;
• Knowledge journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly and year-end close processes;
• Prepare financial reports, maintain financial records and GL accounts;
• Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports;
• Involvement and support in audit process;
• Perform other tasks as delegated by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

• 3+ years work experiences in accounting fields in industrial manufacturing or Import-export related environment;
• SAP or equivalent system experience is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• Strong communication skills;
• BILINGUAL (English & Chinese Mandarin) is a must;
• Self-motivated, organized, with good analytical and problem-solving;
• High attention to details and accuracy;
• Proficient in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
