Duties

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Workday.
• Perform account reconciliations for general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies through detailed analysis.
• Conduct journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance to support accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including balance sheet reconciliation and audit preparation.
• Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining data entry accuracy and security standards.
• Support payroll management using systems like ADP or UltiPro and ensure compliance with tax regulations and payroll laws.
• Contribute to budgeting processes, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to aid strategic planning efforts.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and support internal audit activities.
• Use advanced Excel data analysis skills for reporting, trend analysis, and financial modeling to inform management decisions.
