Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis projects across the business. The role combines deep analytical work with strong stakeholder leadership — driving the analyses and recommendations that shape major decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis projects spanning multiple teams and functions

• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks

• Build models, dashboards, and reports that inform decisions

• Run stakeholder workshops and facilitate cross-functional alignment

• Mentor junior analysts and review their work

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis or analytics consulting

• Strong SQL and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• Experience leading complex projects with senior stakeholders

• Excellent written communication and storytelling with data

• Comfort framing ambiguous problems and structuring solutions

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
