What you’ll do

• Manage all accounting transactions, particularly AP and AR management.
• Complete month-end closing, support with reforecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process banking payments and reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented.
• Perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting.
• Compile and submit statutory financial statements and reports to government authorities, auditors, and company management within required deadlines.
• Support provincial state authorities, IRS, and coordinate with subcontractors for tax- related documentation and preparation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and perform variance analysis, as requested by the Finance Manager.
