Because this is leave coverage, the right person can step in with little ramp-up: an experienced B2B agency operator who blends account-management instincts (owning the client relationship, translating goals into clear creative direction, managing expectations) with sharp project-management discipline (timelines, budgets, vendors, and the details that keep concurrent work on track). Someone calm under shifting priorities, organized, and ready to be the steady point of contact that clients and the internal team rely on.
