Role Overview
We’re hiring an Account Manager (Operations-focused) to support customer success, drive retention, and scale our account management function.
What You’ll Do
Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Monitor customer usage, performance, and key metrics
Identify risks (e.g., usage drops, error spikes) and flag early
Create reports that demonstrate product value and ROI
Support upsells by identifying expansion opportunities
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and ensure clean pipeline tracking
Coordinate follow-ups and keep customer communication tight
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and operational skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and ownership mentality
Ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts
Bonus Points
Experience in customer success or account management
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Experience working with SaaS metrics and dashboards
