What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the planning, implementation, and reporting of key project milestones for assigned projects
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators, capability leaders, and project teams to define and track outcomes-based metrics
• Conduct independent strategic task implementation to achieve program goals
• Organize and facilitate working groups of internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-up on project tasks and maintain complex project timelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of related project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, Zoom, and Planner
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare/Nursing Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience in preparing written documents and proofreading
