What the job looks like:

As a member of a cross-functional agile development team, you’ll partner with our clients to tackle holistic issues. You’ll facilitate tough conversations about what clients (and their users!) really need, which isn’t always what they want. You’ll work to build UX thinking into everything the team does. Specifically, you’ll:

• Lead UX and design activities on client projects, which could involve collaborating with designers from other consulting firms
• Iteratively evolve strategy and guidance to help clients solve their thorniest business problems
