Role Summary
The Lead UX Researcher owns insight quality, synthesis, and reporting for the Beta Dev UX Research Support program. This role acts as the delivery lead for the engagement, ensuring consistency, analytical rigor, and clarity across all studies while leveraging standardized tools and processes.

not
a senior UX research role.


Person will be leading a team of 3 and not doing the actual survey work.


Key Responsibilities

• Own interpretation and synthesis of survey-based feedback
• Ensure insight quality and consistency across studies
• Translate findings into concise, stakeholder-ready summaries
• Lead study kickoffs with Google product teams
• Review coded data and validate themes
• Coordinate reporting and readouts
• Triage issues and guide execution researchers
• Maintain adherence to templates and delivery standards
