## Your Key Responsibilities

• **Build** the website structure, **define** **and implement** new sections (e.g. resources pages, …) improve UX (speed, usability, …), **develop** high converting landing pages.
• **Build and ship** new pages components directly in the CMS as well as **solve** bugs, translations & redirects to existing pages.
• End-to-end ownership of the **Figma** design workflow to **keep the library aligned with the live website**, creating scalable components, documenting usage and collaborating with stakeholders
• Implement custom solutions, automations and support integrations with HTML, CSS and JS.
• **Identify UX and conversion friction points** using analytics, heat-maps, and user behaviour insights.
