## The role

You will own the website experience, from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow. The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion.

## What you will do

• **Design high-converting landing pages** for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile.
• **Define the website structure** and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed.
• **Own the design workflow in Figma end to end:** scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. The library must stay aligned with the live website.
• **Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS** (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects.
