About the Position

As a UX designer, you will be part of the digital products organization, collaborating with team members across various European countries. You will report to the UX Competence Lead.

You'll be working on AI-powered educational tools that aim to make digital learning more intuitive and engaging. We're using modern AI techniques such as recommendation systems, adaptive learning, and conversational interfaces to improve how students and teachers interact with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage in discovery and problem-solving activities, organising workshops and using conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions.
- Design user flows, interfaces, and information architecture for web-based digital products and services.
- Lead the design and prototyping process, creating both low and high fidelity prototypes to visualize and test concepts based on our design system.
- Manage and communicate with stakeholders, presenting your work convincingly to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Work collaboratively with UX designers, user researchers, product managers, developers and others to achieve project goals and foster a supportive team environment.
