*Summary:*
*Leads end-to-end UX for complex flows and journeys; drives usability outcomes, align cross-functionally, and mentors others*
*Scope & Ownership:*
*" Owns multi-step journeys (e.g., onboarding, claim submission) with medium/high ambiguity*
*" Defines information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns; proposes component improvements*
*Key Responsibilities:*
*" Plan and conduct user/usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations*
*" Create low and high fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes; ensure WCAG compliance*
*" Partner cross-functionally to shape requirements and acceptance criteria; influence scope via data*
*" Collaborate with the Adobe Target team on testable variants; measure outcomes post launch*
*" Document component behavior, responsive rules, and designer guidance for reusable UI components*
*Collaboration & Communication:*
*" Facilitates design reviews and cross-functional workshops; negotiates trade-offs with stakeholders*
