What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Epic system enhancements for Patient Access operations
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify root causes and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor financial statistics and model risk mitigation efforts
• Serve as a liaison between Epic system end users and revenue cycle leadership for quality assurance
• Oversee project management for new program implementations based on financial analyses

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional Certification or License and/or Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment
• Minimum of five (5) years in Patient Access or a similar role demonstrating analysis and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Epic systems including Grand Central, Prelude, and hospital billing systems
• Willingness to travel for EPIC training and certification within 90 days of training completion
