About The Role
The USBU Digital Product Manager, Associate Director, leads product initiatives across Takeda’s U.S. Business Unit (USBU). This role is focused on customer needs, strategic product roadmap development, and go-to-market planning to ensure Salesforce CRM products support business priorities and advance Takeda’s mission.
You will work closely with DD&T’s Product Lead and business stakeholders to understand their strategic imperatives and translate them into integrated product roadmaps that define how DD&T can enable their functional strategies. You will lead product initiatives within the Takeda portfolio and may lead multiple product owners in an effort to promote a unified vision. You will partner with USBU Patient Services, Access and Medical teams to shape and deliver the broader Data, Digital & Technology strategy and agenda.
This role sits within the OBU & USBU DD&T organization and reports to the Head of Patient Services, Access & Medical Capabilities, USBU & OBU Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T).
How you will contribute
- Lead the strategy, design, development, and launch of complex Salesforce Life Sciences CRM products, including hybrid hub and vendor-supported workflows.
- Translate USBU business strategy into digital product roadmaps and solutions that align with DD&T priorities, enterprise architecture, data standards, and operating model expectations.
