The Role

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Portfolio Management System (PMS) and Order Management System (OMS) capabilities, enabling investment decisions and compliant client portfolios.
• Accountable for the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes of capabilities spanning portfolio construction, target management, investment implementation, and pre-trade guideline adherence.
• Translate Investment Platform strategy into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog, ensuring efficient movement from portfolio intent to implementation, execution, and operational processing.
• Own product vision, roadmap priorities, sequencing decisions, capacity allocation, backlog management, and outcome realization, partnering with technology for solution design and support.
• Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and product acceptance activities, actively participating in Agile planning to ensure team understanding of priorities.
• Identify and prioritize AI and advanced analytics opportunities to improve investment workflows, decision support, automation, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, with significant experience in portfolio management, implementation, trading, or investment technology.
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, investment implementation, order management, and front-to-back investment workflows.
