UI/UX & Frontend Developer

The Role

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to align with user needs
• Create and maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and reusable design artifacts
• Conduct user research, collect feedback, and refine design decisions to improve user experiences
• Ensure designs and front-end implementations adhere to 508 accessibility regulations and FBI design standards
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Collaborate with backend developers to align UI components with API capabilities and system functionality

What You'll Need

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
• Demonstrated expertise in prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, including React and JavaScript/TypeScript, and web technologies like HTML5 and CSS3
• Comprehensive understanding of web accessibility standards, 508 compliance, responsive design, and design systems
• Ability to create and maintain scalable and reusable design system components
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required
