About the RoleWe’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who cares deeply about how people experience digital products. At raisin®, that means designing experiences that don’t just convert, but connect. You’ll work across discovery, design, and delivery to shape websites and digital journeys that help nonprofits tell their stories and raise more. We’re currently hiring for multiple positions on the team, including both a full-time role and a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, allowing candidates to join us in different capacities depending on their interests and availability.
What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery sessions and translate user needs into intuitive experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design key components like navigation, CTAs, landing pages, and donation flows
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Build and contribute to reusable UI components and design systems
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met across all designs
• Balance brand expression with usability and performance
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices

Who You Are

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craft
• Experience designing for web (ideally CMS-driven environments)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of usability and accessibility
• Passionate about creating meaningful user experiences
• Curious and proactive about using AI and modern design tools to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
