Embedded within Geisinger AI product function, you will turn complex clinical and operational data into the evidence that drives portfolio decisions, validates AI performance in production, and informs how the organization communicates value to leadership. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and clinical partners across a broad range of AI initiatives spanning care delivery, revenue cycle, operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers during problem sizing to quantify opportunity areas, establish baselines, and define what success looks like before any solution is built
• Conduct exploratory data analysis during model development, profiling data quality, understanding distributions, identifying anomalies, and helping data scientists understand what the data is actually telling them
