About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• **Design Excellence**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
• **User Insights**: Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
• **Research-Driven Approach**: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• **Consistency in Design**: Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
• **Accessibility & Responsiveness**: Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
• **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices including AI-assisted design workflows to bring fresh ideas and efficiency to the team.
• **AI-Enhanced Design Practices**: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, generate initial wireframes/prototypes, analyze user insights, and iterate designs efficiently while maintaining strong human-centered oversight and quality.
