About this role
Job Description
Summary of V-Key
V-Key is a Singapore-based deep-tech company in mobile cyber-security. Our V-OS technology protects 30M+ users across banking, payments, and government in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
You'll join the Enablement Team, which owns shared experiences across V-Key's product suite.
We need a designer who brings design thinking to enterprise security products that are currently engineering-led, and who can write production-quality frontend code to keep design and engineering in sync. You'll be the design voice in the room.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Design (~80%)
- Run discovery: user interviews, problem framing, usability testing with internal employees
- Own the full design lifecycle — research, wireframes, prototypes, specs, handoff, post-launch validation
- Design data-dense interfaces: dashboards, configuration workflows, RBAC, audit trails, threat data representation screens, mobile screens around eKYC and mobile authentication workflows
- Maintain a unified design system in Figma across V-Key's product suite
Frontend (~20%)
- Build and maintain design system components using technologies such as React + Tailwind
- Ship small UI fixes directly (typography, spacing, colour, micro-interactions)
- Prototype complex interactions in code when Figma falls short
- Review frontend PRs for design and accessibility
Requirements :
- 3+ years designing B2B / enterprise / SaaS products
- Portfolio with at least 3 case studies/projects showing end to end around these stages: **problem framing** **research** **iteration** **outcome**, with metrics where available
- Strong Figma proficiency (components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens)
- Experience with data-dense interfaces — dashboards, tables, filters, configuration flows
- Hands-on production experience with **React + Tailwind**; comfortable shipping component code without hand-holding
- Experience contributing to a design system...
