Responsibilities:
- **User Research:** Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
- **Interface Design:** Develop high-fidelity UI designs and mockups for web and mobile platforms that are visually appealing and intuitive.
- **Prototyping:** Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders and for user testing.
- **Design Systems:** Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
- **Iteration:** Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve existing designs.
Requirements:
- **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, from wireframes to finished products.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- **Methodology:** Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and accessibility standards.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
