Position Summary
Management Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer specialized consulting support on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This opportunity is intended to create modern, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences across Microsoft Power Pages, Power Platform, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience designing responsive, accessible experiences for Microsoft Power Pages, with additional expertise in Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. This role requires strong UI/UX fundamentals and an understanding of the capabilities, design patterns, and constraints of Power Pages and the broader Power Platform.

The successful candidate will translate complex business processes and requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences while collaborating with Power Platform developers, Microsoft 365 solution teams, and business stakeholders.
