What You'll Do in the Role
This role is primarily a senior digital design role with strong implementation capability. The core of the work is UI/UX design in Figma — designing websites, digital products, and campaign assets that are considered, on-brand, and built to a high visual standard. The implementation layer —WordPress builds, Shopify stores, front-end code — sits on top of that design capability, not theother way around.
We are not looking for a developer who can design. We are looking for a designer who can build.
You will work directly with the Creative Director across multiple active client accounts. You will take briefs — sometimes a written description, sometimes a PSD, sometimes a direction — and translate them into complete digital experiences from Figma through to live. You manage your own workload, deliver without being chased, and flag issues before they become problems.
We need 7 or more years of relevant experience at a genuine senior level. The work and the portfolio must back up the title.
