## What is your mission?

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer who creates high-quality visual assets and leads design execution across marketing and branding initiatives. This role focuses on graphic design, visual storytelling, campaign design, UI/UX support, and content creation across digital and print platforms. You will drive creative direction, ensure brand consistency, and deliver visually compelling outputs.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop and execute **creative concepts and visual designs** for **marketing and promotional materials**
• Ensure all designs align with **brand identity, visual standards, and messaging consistency**
• Apply **design principles, color theory, and layout techniques** to create engaging visuals
• Create and optimize designs for **both digital and print platforms**
• Design and produce **video-related content and visual assets**
• Perform **quality checks** on resolution, formatting, and color accuracy
• Support and guide **junior designers**, reviewing drafts and improving output quality
• Serve as a **creative resource**, generating ideas and improving design workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand **project requirements and creative direction**
• Manage **multiple projects simultaneously**, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Maintain organized **design files and documentation**
• Adapt designs based on **feedback and evolving project requirements**
• Stay updated on **design trends, tools, and industry best practices**
• Support execution of **marketing campaigns and visual communication strategies**

## Who are we looking for?
