About the Position

SunSipper is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Portable Building Sales & Construction Operations Manager to oversee both the sales and construction operations of our Tiny Living & Storage within their assigned territory.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who can generate business, sell products, understand construction, create accurate bids, and oversee projects from start to finish.

This person will be responsible for developing customers and sales opportunities while also managing the construction side of the business once a project is secured.

You will essentially have ownership of the process from:

Customer → Sale → Bid → Project → Completion

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

· Generate new customers and sales opportunities.

· Sell SunSipper Tiny Living & Storage products.

· Respond to leads and maintain consistent follow-up.

· Build relationships within the local community.

· Prospect through networking, social media, online marketplaces, referrals, and other channels.

· Identify additional construction opportunities from customers and local businesses.

· Develop repeat and referral business.

Estimating & Bidding

· Evaluate construction opportunities.

· Meet with customers and visit project locations when necessary.

· Determine project scope and requirements.

· Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

· Prepare accurate project bids and proposals.

· Establish appropriate project pricing.

· Evaluate project feasibility and anticipated profitability.

Construction Operations

· Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

· Develop project schedules and work plans.

· Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

· Monitor job-site progress, quality, productivity, and costs.
