NSW based candidates are preferred due to proximity to key markets, however strong QLD applicants will also be considered due to the field-based nature of the role.
## About the Role
For the first time, we're hiring a dedicated Territory Growth & Relationship Manager based within the territory itself to drive growth across NSW, ACT and QLD.
Historically, this region has been managed remotely from our Victorian HQ. Whilst we've built a strong network of wholesale distributors and loyal customers throughout the territory, we know there is significantly more opportunity to unlock by having someone on the ground who takes ownership of the region.
This isn't a role for someone who simply services accounts. We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, creating new opportunities and helping customers grow their businesses alongside ours. Success in this role comes from being present, earning trust, identifying opportunities and consistently growing your territory.
You'll spend the majority of your time on the road visiting distributors throughout NSW, ACT and QLD, strengthening existing partnerships, developing new business opportunities, delivering product training and ensuring HSP remains front of mind.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Experience within the automotive, wholesale distribution or 4x4 accessory industry will be highly regarded, particularly candidates who already have existing relationships within the market or are familiar with the customers and stores we work with.
