As our Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in a seamless experience for our partners and customers. You'll become the main point of contact for our UK installers and customers in order to understand their challenges and needs and, with that, contribute to making our customers the happiest in the world.

Core Outcomes


Short term

• Build strong knowledge of Easee products, systems and support processes.
• Establish trusted relationships with UK installers, partners and end users.
• Deliver timely, accurate and customer-focused support and ensure that inquiries are followed through to resolution.
• Balancing technical troubleshooting, customer expectations and efficient case handling across multiple channels.
• Translating recurring customer and installer challenges into clear improvements to products, processes and documentation.
• Supporting a growing and changing product portfolio while maintaining a consistently high service level.
