Job Description:
This Technical Project Manager will own the end-to-end program delivery for the high-quality launch of our new Warehouse Management System. This role is accountable for building and maintaining a highly detailed, integrated project plan (including a Gantt-style timeline), aligning cross-functional partners, and proactively identifying risks ad dependencies to keep the program on track for a successful go-live. This role requires hands-on, ground-level execution leadership not just tools and process.
Responsibilities:
Own the master plan: Create, maintain, and continuously refine a detailed program tracker/timeline ?Gantt-level fidelity) spanning all workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and go-live/hypercare activities.
Establish clear rules of the road? for plan granularity, ownership, acceptance criteria, and change control so the plan is a trusted source of truth.
Drive execution and accountability: Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations/Fulfillment, IT, vendors, and leaders to secure LOEs, timelines, resourcing, and commitment status for every task and sub-task then actively drive follow-through to completion.
