Technical Project Manager (Platform Architecture Team)

About this role

• We seek a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Platform Architecture team, managing customer-facing projects for custom cloud security deployments
• Manage Custom Deployment Projects: Plan and execute custom cloud security deployments, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear project scopes and timelines
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary customer contact, translating needs into technical requirements and fostering strong relationships
• Team Collaboration: Bridge Platform Architects, R&D, Field Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and communicate technical updates
• Technical Oversight: Use cloud security knowledge to guide decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality deliverables
• Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation and optimize processes for efficiency- The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, cloud security knowledge, and strong customer relationship skills to deliver successful outcomes while collaborating with Platform Architects, R&D, and Field teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in cloud security or IT
• Cloud or project management certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP) are a plus
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
