What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to evaluate new projects and estimate delivery timelines
• Develop clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Scrum teams
• Produce detailed documentation artifacts to ensure clarity and scope
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by clarifying needs and identifying optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including requirements and business process flows

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years in a Business Analyst role supporting complex technical products or systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with executives and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Web Development, SDLC, Agile, Jira (or equivalent), SQL, HTML, XML; prior API experience strongly preferred
